Amazing Grace Commmunity Church is located in Lafayette, TN
Our mission as God's people is to bring glory to our Great God and Savior.
We seek to glorify God through Worship, Witnessing, Welding Relationships and Warfare against the powers of darkness. Understanding that none of this will be accomplished apart from prayer, we seek to be a people of prayer.
Though we are a non-denominational church, through the Bledsoe Baptist Association, we are associated with an important group of churches for the purpose of reaching more people for Christ and starting even more churches.
The Bledsoe Baptist Association is made up of other Baptist churches in our area who desire to reach more people and start more churches. There are currently about 40 churches in this association.
Amazing Grace Community Church operates with 3 elders, under the leadership of our Lord Jesus Christ with His word being the ultimate authority for our lives.
The new website that is currently being designed will have detailed biographical information about each elder: Harold Carman, Ken Stacey, and Gene Carman III.
Our Pastor, Dr. Harold Carman, graduated from Cumberland University in 1971. In 1984 he graduated from the Greenville Evangelical Institute in Greenville, South Carolina. And, in 2006 Harold was given an honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from Emanuel Theological Seminary in Kota, India.
